This Master Subscription Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of and subscription to the services provided by Mdinamarket ("Platform," "Mobile Application," or "Mdinamarket").
It is a binding agreement between you (the individual or entity accessing the services) and Mdinamarket ("we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms set out in this Agreement.
If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform or Services.
This Agreement is effective upon the earliest of:
If you are using the Platform on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to this Agreement.
Mdinamarket is a cloud-based platform offering a marketplace and client communication tools. Services include features made available through our web and mobile applications.
To access our Services, you must select a subscription plan and pay the applicable subscription fee ("Subscription Fee")
By using the Platform, you agree to the collection and processing of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not currently offer services within the European Union and do not claim GDPR compliance.

All content and technology on the Platform is owned by Mdinamarket or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for your business or personal use. You may not redistribute, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform without our written consent.
Mdinamarket will not be liable for:
You may cancel your subscription at any time via written notice to support@mdinamarket.io. No refunds are issued for partial use periods. Accounts with overdue payments exceeding fifteen (15) days may be suspended or terminated.
We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify you of significant changes. Continued use of the Services after changes implies acceptance.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Tunisia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Tunis.
